Abstract: Les fractures de l'extrémité supérieure du fémur sont des fractures graves du fait de leur morbidité et de leurs conséquences sociales et/ou économiques. Elles font l'objet de plusieurs études à l'échelle mondiale concernant leurs prises en charge thérapeutique, leurs évolutions et leurs préventions.
