Abstract:This article focuses on the complexity that characterizes senior management. We have mobilized the theory of commitment regimes developed by Thévenot (2006) to conduct an analysis of the complexity of senior management. The results obtained by a unique and longitudinal case study indicate the ability of the TRE to identify the limits of age management models and to contribute to the enrichment of knowledge in this field.
