Abstract: Nel dibattito sulla sostenibilità urbana hanno assunto un ruolo crescente, da circa vent'anni a questa parte, le cosiddette politiche urbane del cibo (PUC), che mirano a ridurre gli impatti ambientali e aumentare la giustizia socio-spaziale dei sistemi alimentari, agendo alla scala urbana.
