Leadership styles and employee creativity: the interactive impact of online knowledge sharing and organizational innovation

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to examine the differences in the impact of three leadership styles (transactional, transformational and creative) on intraorganizational online knowledge-sharing and employee creativity.
