Abstract:This chapter explores the obstacles that minority women in K–12 education leadership must overcome, emphasizing the critical importance of acknowledging barriers and prejudices. Notwithstanding its underrepresentation, their leadership demonstrates a steadfast dedication to diversity and offers distinctive viewpoints.
