Lean managment in a higher education institution: reserves of resource saving and labor productivity increase

Abstract: Lean production methods and tools are becoming more popular in many sectors of the economy around the world. Simple and easy-to-understand Lean tools allow you to identify and reduce waste, optimize processes and increase labor productivity.
