Peer teaching is a rapidly developing educational method that enhances student learning through a variety of collaborative and cooperative educational strategies. In Namibia, little research exists on how nursing students experiences the use of peer teaching in nursing and midwifery education. The purpose of this chapter is to explore and describe nursing students' experiences on the use of peer group teaching as a learning method in nursing and midwifery education. The results revealed nursing students positive and negative experiences with suggestions for improvement. Findings from this chapter may help identify strengths and weaknesses in the use of peer group teaching for learning purposes in nursing and midwifery education.
