Learning from an Iranian man about CBT for treatment of PTSD

Abstract: Purpose -Extensive research has been carried out to show the effectiveness of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) intervention approaches to treating posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, not many studies have been carried out that investigate clients' firsthand accounts of this treatment modality, particularly so amongst ethnic minority populations.
