Learning Style Preferences of Practicing Nurses

Abstract: Nursing professional development practitioners are encouraged to consider incorporating preferred learning styles into professional development programs. However, conclusive evidence about preferred learning styles does not exist. This study describes the preferred learning styles of nursing staff.
