Learning to segment from misaligned and partial labels

Abstract: To extract information at scale, researchers increasingly apply semantic segmentation techniques to remotely-sensed imagery. While fully-supervised learning enables accurate pixel-wise segmentation, compiling the exhaustive datasets required is often prohibitively expensive.
