Lecturers’ Perception of Moodle-based LMS in Speaking Class

Abstract: Background: Many Indonesian universities use Moodle-based LMS as suggested by the Ministry of Education. The study aimed at examining English Speaking course lecturers’ perception of Moodle-based LMS.
