Abstract: It first was is shown opportunity of shaping in anodic alumina substrate A1GaAs/GaAs LED chips (350x350 micron, x max655 nm) with a high scale planar of radiating surface and highly of thermal dissipation and stable operation LED clusters (4X4) for information displays.
