Left atrial intramural haematoma: a fatal complication of cardiac amyloidosis—a case report

Abstract: Background Spontaneous left atrial intramural hematoma (LAIH) is extremely rare and there are only two cases of spontaneous LAIH involving cardiac amyloidosis (CA) reported in literature.
