Left Hemisphere Bias of NIH Stroke Scale is Most Severe for Middle Cerebral Artery Strokes

Abstract: Background and Aim: NIHSS score is higher for left versus right hemisphere strokes of equal volumes. However, differences in each vascular territory have not been evaluated yet.
