Left sinus of valsalva aneurysm ruptured into left ventricle

Abstract: Rationale:Ruptured aneurysm originating from the left coronary sinus of Valsalva into the left ventricle (LV) is extremely rare. Imaging features of sinus aneurysm has been commonly reported using echocardiography or angiography.
