Legal and Regulatory Development of Nuclear Energy in Bangladesh

Abstract: The adequacy of legal and regulatory framework relating to nuclear energy in Bangladesh has sparked many questions since the government took the formal decision to establish a nuclear power plant (NPP) at Rooppur.
