Legal Experience as a Form of Expressing the Conceptuality of Legal Practice

Abstract: the article reveals the importance of legal experience as a value hidden in the content of legal practice and giving the latter a conceptual character; the conditions for the transformation of legal practice into legal experience are highlighted and analyzed; the conclusion is made that it is necessary to further study the patterns of acquisition and manifestation of its conceptuality by legal practice as one of the urgent tasks of modern legal theory.
