Abstract:The article describes some of the features of legal regulation of public procurement in the Peoples Republic of China, Mongolia and the Russian Federation. In the article the key provisions of financial control and anti-corruption are highlighted and the priorities of state policy in these countries in the field of public procurement are noted.
