Abstract: Die Temperaturen, bei welchen die Körper ihren Aggregatzustand ändern, sind bei den verschiedenen Körpern sehr verschieden. So wird der Phosphor, ein fester Körper, schon bei einer Temperatur flüssig, die lange nicht so hoch ist, wie diejenige, die siedend heisses Wasser zeigt, während die, bei der das Blei flüssig wird, sehr bedeutend höher und jene, bei der das Silber schmilzt, wieder um vieles höher ist, als die des schmelzenden Bleies.
