Leiomyoma of the Orbit and Periocular Region

Abstract: Leiomyoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a well-circumscribed mass lesion involving the orbit and periorbital region. Immunohistochemistry provides conclusive evidence to confirm the diagnosis.
