Leiomyosarcoma of Spermatic Cord: Mimicking Inguinal Hernia

Abstract: Leiomyosarcomas of the spermatic cord are very rare malignant neoplasms.We report one case, a 64-year-old man presented with the painless, swelling, ball shaped mass in the right inguinal canal.Histopathological evaluation including immunohistochemistrystudiesconfirmed a conventional leiomyosarcoma.
