Leiomyosarcoma of the Skin

Abstract: The vast majority of tumors were treated by excisional surgery with wide margins, but conceptually, Mohs' micrographic surgery should prove useful for the treatment of this tumor as it has with other skin cancers displaying contiguous growth.
