Leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction: A research on academics

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction of academics in sports sciences faculties. The study group consists of a total of 201 participants, including 151 men and 50 women, from academics who work in faculties of sports sciences.
