Abstract:We draw attention to an instructive instance of the concurrence of an axon-loss sensorimotor polyneuropathy, perhaps an axonal form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) and Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS).
