Lentigo Maligna—Challenges, Observations, Imiquimod, Confocal Microscopy, and Personalized Treatment

Abstract: The word melanoma imparts considerable fear and concern in patients. Fortunately, for patients with the lentigo maligna (LM) subtype of melanoma in situ, there is overall good prognosis.
