Abstract:We present a 68-year-old male with leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LC) from gastroesophageal junction carcinoma. Three months following epirubicin, cisplatin, 5-flurouracil (ECF) chemotherapy, the patient suffered from gait imbalance, headache, and dysarthria.
