Les femmes dans le système politique algérien : entre inclusion sélective et exclusion ciblée

Abstract: Comme d'autres systèmes politiques hybrides, le système politique algérien allie logique autoritaire et instruments démocratiques. Il fait usage de mécanismes liant répression et cooptation, constituant ainsi une sorte de gouvernance, elle aussi hybride. Cette ambivalence calculée se traduit par des politiques d'inclusion-exclusion toujours choisie et souvent négociée.
