“Less patch more growth?”: comparing two different schools of thought in aortic arch reconstruction techniques during Norwood I

Abstract: Background: We compared two different philosophies at one institution with respect to arch-geometry and clinical results: no/minimal patch vs. abundant patch augmentation.
