Modern higher education has seen a significant expansion of multicampus operations through satellite and branch campuses globally and geographically distant setups. Such operations pose major challenges for effective quality assurance, including internal program reviews and programmatic and institutional accreditation. Key challenges include ensuring consistency in service quality, uniform objectives and outcomes, equity of support, uniform policies and procedures, and the ability to attain successful reviews and accreditations. This chapter proposes a framework for effective program reviews for multicampus engineering programs. The framework includes developing policies and procedures, creating models to synthesize measurement indicators, and their evaluation, and identifying accurate improvements. Various assessment tools are also identified to aid the measurement process. Built on multi-year experiences from a mature institution, the framework supports a multicampus academic system and successful accreditations by leading international organizations.
