Letrozole for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract: This retrospective study investigated the efficacy and safety of letrozole for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Totally, 136 cases of infertility women with PCOS were analyzed. Of those, 68 patients received letrozole, and were assigned to Letrozole group. The other 68 cases received clomiphene, and were assigned to clomiphene group.
