Abstract:We read with great interest 'Ejaculatory function following transperineal laser ablation vs TURP for benign prostatic obstruction: a randomized trial' [1]. The authors should be applauded for the first randomised controlled trial evaluating transperineal laser ablation (TPLA) for benign prostatic obstruction (BPO).
