“…I thank Dr. Matsubara and Dr. Morita for their interest in our article regarding the occlusion of asymptomatic silent uterine rupture by intestinal adhesion following laparoscopic myomectomy (LM) . We conclude that it is difficult to detect silent uterine rupture during pregnancy in patients with a myomectomy scar, even with detailed imaging, especially when the scar adheres to the bowel.…”
