G y n e c o l o g yCORRESPONDENCE uterine-preserving procedures, associated with shorter hospital stays and reduced healthcare resource utilization, can lead to significant cost savings for public health systems. Prioritizing these procedures can help alleviate financial burdens on both the healthcare system and the patient, making them a viable option in many cases. 1In conclusion, the findings of this study underscore the importance of a patient-centered approach in the surgical management of POP. By integrating the 4P model into clinical practice, we can enhance shared decision making, ensure informed consent, and provide personalized medical care that aligns with the patient's individual circumstances and preferences. We look forward to seeing further research that continues to refine and improve surgical decision making processes.
