Level of Catechin, Myricetin, Quercetin and Isoquercitrin in Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench), Changes of Their Levels during Vegetation and Their Effect on The Growth of Selected Weeds

Abstract: Buckwheat is well-known as a crop rich in flavonoids, however, attention has usually only been paid to the main flavonoid rutin as an important natural antioxidant or as a possible allelopathic compound.
