Concentrations of PCBs and OCPs in both Kupa River water and drinking water from Sisak, were determined in 1988/9 (Fingler et at., 1992). The concentrations in the Sisak drinking water were compared with those determined in drinking water samples from two other urban areas in Croatiathe capital and major industrial centre Zagreb, and Labin, a small town on the Istrian peninsula in the Northern Adriatic.…”
