Abstract:Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) have differing clinical outcomes. Recent advances integrating multi-omic data have uncovered molecular subtypes in CLL with different prognostic implications and may allow better prediction of therapy response. While finite-duration chemoimmunotherapy (CIT) has enabled deep responses and prolonged duration of responses in the past, the advent of novel targeted therapy for the treatment of CLL has dramatically changed the therapeutic landscape. In this review, we… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
