Liberação sustentada de progesterona em micro partículas de PHB-V e PHB-V/PCL produzidas em meio super-critico

Thus, the results show that differences in size of nanoparticles of 13 PHB-V and its associations with the PCL can affect the quantity and the kinetics of drug release in vitro release using solvent alcohol and water. The use of super critical means for producing particles, provided a greater burden of P4 and alters the release kinetics.
