Abstract:Lichen Planus Pigmentosus (LPP) is an uncommon variant of lichen planus characterized by the development of dark greyish-brown macules and patches primarily affecting sun-exposed areas. Histologically, it presents with lichenoid interface dermatitis with many melanophages.
