Abstract:Background. This work is а comparative study of survival in patients with stage III A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NCRT), neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NCT) and neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant radiation therapy (NCT + adjuvant RT).
