Abstract:Primary Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare cancer that mainly affects the genital region including vulvar and perianal areas.Without treatment, vulvar EMPD progresses and presents always more erythematous and pruritic plaques, which may become ulcerated and erosive.
