Abstract:Linear IgA/IgG bullous dermatosis (LAGBD) is a rare, autoimmune
blistering skin disease. We report a case of LAGBD in a 70-year-old
woman. All common treatments were discontinued due to side effects or
lack of treatment response. The patient was successfully treated with
omalizumab which cleared her lesions after three months.
