Abstract:Abstract-In this paper, we present the employment of radial basis function neural networks for the linearization of the input-output relationship of a temperature sensor (thermocouple), trained with multiobjective learning. The network weights are determined by using the multiobjective least squares method. By varying the width of the radial basis functions, different Pareto sets are obtained. We propose a decision-making strategy over the nondominated set based on linear regression, in order to choose the net… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
