Abstract: In the future Space Information Network (SIN), remote sensing satellites (RSSs) can access communication constellations (CC) and ground stations (GSs) through inter-layer links (ILLs) and satellite-ground links (SGLs) to realize the timely transmission of large amounts of observation data.
