Linking Gut Microbiota and Inflammation to Obesity and Insulin Resistance

Abstract: Obesity and insulin resistance are the major predisposing factors to comorbidities, such as Type 2 diabetes, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases, and several types of cancer.
