Linking internal CSR with the positive communicative behaviors of employees: the role of social exchange relationships and employee engagement

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to examine the effects of internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the two types of communicative behaviors of employees, namely, scouting and advocative behaviors.
