Abstract:The current study aims to investigate the changes in polar metabolites, phenolic compounds, and fatty acids in the skin of Hass avocados stored under two distinct circumstances. Fruits from the Bartolillo orchard were primarily associated with linoleic and oleic acid as significant variables.
