Lipid profile of Pleurotus sajor caju

Abstract: The lipid profile of Pleurotus sajor caju was studied in relation to mycelial and sporophore growth and different cultural factors. The growth was characterised by lipid synthesis during mycelial growth and utilisation during sporophore growth. The degree of unsaturation increased during mycelial growth and decreased during sporophore formation.
