Abstract:The lipomas in the palm are a rarity and are reported sporadically in the medical literature. Many smaller lesions may even go unnoticed due to minimal clinical symptoms. Clinical suspicion and judicious use of imaging may reveal lesions at an uncommon location. Histological confirmation, however, is the basis of the appropriate diagnosis.
