Lipomatosis of the ileocecal valve treated with right hemicolectomy as the consequence of an incomplete diagnostic procedure

Abstract: Lipomatosis is an excessive local or general accumulation of fat in the body. It is usually asymptomatic, but depending on localization and size it can cause the patient to experience various difficulties. It can occur within digestive system as a benign mass.
