Lipoprotein in cholesterol transport: Highlights and recent insights into its structural basis and functional mechanism

Abstract: Lipoproteins are protein-lipid macromolecular assemblies which are used to transport lipids in circulation and are key targets in cardiovascular disease (CVD).
